CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24-hour notice. If less than 24-hour notice is provided, the first cancellation – a credit card will be required to reserve a future appointment; the second cancellation – a 50% of the service booked will be charged.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check and cash.
GIFT CARD RETURNS
All gift cards sales are final and are not refundable for cash.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product refunds will only be given for damaged or defective products. Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange pending management approval. Exchanges are only valid 60 days after the date of purchase.
